IsXperia is an MLM company that began conducting business in 2007. They are based out of Fort Myers, FL. Their motto is: "Product focused – People Driven". They have a variety of goods and services for sale including travel packages, health and skin-care products, a web design service, and health care packages. Although they are new to the MLM marketplace, their members are not. Many leaders have seen potential in IsXperia and have teamed up with them.



THE OPPORTUNITY



Now you may be surfing the internet trying to find out if IsXperia is your ticket for success. When you are looking for opportunities in network marketing it’s important to keep a couple things in mind.



1. Would you recruit your mom into this company?



First off, don’t ask your mom to be part of your business!! (I will describe how to sidestep asking family and friends in a minute.) The point is that many individuals enlist with an MLM company with their sole focus on the money . It is critical though, that you have faith in the direction of your company, and back the goods that they offer. In a nutshell, your core values should align with those of your company!! If they don’t, you will end up having troubles eventually, even if it’s unintentional. If you are ashamed to tell your own mother (assuming she's rational) about your business, maybe you should find another!



2. Is there a large enough market sector?



When joining a young company such as IsXperia, you'll want to make sure that there is room in the marketplace for their services and products. Although the product should have little to do with your recruitment process, it’s better to swim with the tide than against it. IsXperia is just one of many MLM companies selling vitamins and health products. There is a huge market for these types of products right now, but they'll have to deal with heavy competition. Thankfully, IsXperia sets itself apart by offering other diverse products and services as well.



This is an exciting time for IsXperia as they continue to add additional services. They are hoping their premier web design and hosting service, "id180", takes off. It is marketed to small business owners who want to take their business online. "IsBenefits" is also something members should definitely be excited about. "IsBenefits" grants discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. Most people are continally looking for and seeking the best price for healthcare benefits. If they provide a competitive service, "IsBenefits" could greatly improve their name-recognition and be a big seller.



I can't say for certain, but I believe IsXperia will continue to expand their products and services while they grow. They are not afraid to market to different groups and niches and should benefit because of it.



HOW TO RECRUIT



This is what Network Marketing is all about right? Signing people up into our primary opportunity where they can sign up additional people. It sounds easy, but what happens after you’ve asked all your friends and family, OR you don’t feel like selling this idea to them in the first place?



A lot of network marketers have a hard time building their downline because of the lack of capable leads they encounter in their day-to-day lives.. Of course, you can take a more agressive approach everybody you come across and pitch your opportunity. If you talk to a lot of people on a consistent basis, you will undoubtably reach out to some people. The majority will not be interested though. With this method you develop a marketing plan and learn specific skills to drive people to your site. There ARE many people researching and looking for work-at home opportunities ,you just need to be the one to give them the information! This way you can have people come to you, instead of the other way around. Most people find it’s a much more pleasant and productive way to conduct business and get an limitless amount of leads and recruits.
